THE 20/20

$7K months is an $84K year. The last $16K is usually the cheapest to get.
Something in your business is costing you money right now, and nobody has told you what it is. The 20/20 is a trained look at your numbers, your profiles, your booking flow, and your search presence. Then you get the 30 day plan that closes the gap.

If it is, The 20/20 is $1,500.
If it is not, I will tell you that instead.
YOU ALREADY HAVE AN EXPLANATION
Every owner has a reason ready for the slow stretch. It is the season. People are not spending. It always does this in the summer. The reason sounds true, it is easy to say out loud, and it means there is nothing to do but wait it out. So you wait, and the year closes where it closed last year.
"It is just the season."
"Summer is always slow."
"Everybody is slow right now."
"My clients book less once school starts."
"People are not spending on this right now."
"It picks back up in January."
Every one of those is a story about the weather. Not one of them is a number.
And it is almost never a visibility problem. More followers, more posting, more reels. That is the first place everybody looks, and it is rarely where the money went.
WHICH ONE IS IT
Almost every piece of advice aimed at you was written for a business five times your size. Build a membership. Launch a product line. Open a second location. Run ads. Post every single day. All of it works, at the right time, on a foundation somebody has checked. None of it works on top of a business where the basics were never set up, and the advice never mentions the basics, because the people writing it already had theirs.
So you end up doing the things a much bigger business does, while the things a business your size actually needs are still sitting there undone. You cannot grow on a foundation nobody has checked, and before you add one more thing, somebody has to find out which part is actually broken.
Are people not finding you?
A FINDING PROBLEM
What gets looked at is your search listing, your maps presence, your photos, and what actually comes up when somebody types your service and your city instead of your name.
Are they finding you and not booking?
A BOOKING PROBLEM
What gets looked at is your profile, your photos, your first three lines, and every step between wanting an appointment and finishing one. Most booking and scheduling sites have no analytics installed, so nobody has ever seen where people leave. This is also where we find out whether your service is described as what it is or as what it does for her, which is usually the expensive one.
Are they booking once and never coming back?
A RETURN PROBLEM
What gets looked at is your rebook rate, what happens in the week after she leaves, and whether anybody has ever actually asked her to come back. The clients you already have are the cheapest money in the building.
Are they coming back, and the months still swing wildly?
A RHYTHM PROBLEM
What gets looked at is twelve months of your own numbers, your average ticket, and what quietly changed over the year. A pattern you can see is a pattern you can plan around.
"I need more clients" is what you say when you do not know which of the four it is. It is almost never all four, and it is almost never the one you assumed.
A SAMPLE 20/20
This is a real 20/20, stripped down. The business name, the identifying details and the exact figures have been removed to protect a client's privacy. It happens to be a hair business. The structure is the same one every 20/20 follows, whether you do lashes, skin, injectables, bodywork, or run a small practice.
THE SITUATION
An independent owner in her own suite, full book, loyal clients, strong reputation. Bookings had been sliding for months. She had a reason ready. It was the season, and there was nothing to be done until it passed.
WHAT I DID
Pulled twelve months of data out of her booking software. Walked her booking flow from the first click to the confirmation, the way a brand new client would. Looked at every profile a client sees before she decides, including the search listing. Checked what a search actually returns for her, and tested whether the AI assistants would recommend her at all.
WHAT I FOUND
The dip was not a season. Her clients were choosing a competing service for a specific reason, which is that the competing service is marketed as the healthier, lower maintenance choice. Her own service does that same job for her client and says so absolutely nowhere. On top of that, nothing on her booking site was being measured, so there was no way to see where appointments were being lost. And her services were listed by their technique names, which is not what her client types into a search or worries about at night.
WHAT I RECOMMENDED
Reposition the service around what it does for the client rather than what it is called. A specific set of content showing results at week eight instead of the day of the appointment, because that is the proof the competing option already owns. One question to ask in every consultation that puts her service back in the running. Analytics installed on the booking site and a simple funnel set up, so the next ninety days produce evidence instead of another guess.
Delivered September 2026. The plan is in motion and the numbers are being measured now. When there are results worth showing, they go on this page.
Thirty minutes, free. No obligation to go further.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Anybody can tell you what is probably wrong. This is the part where somebody opens the books and then does the work.
Twelve months of your own numbers, actually opened
Rebook rate, repeat rate, average ticket, and what changed and when. Not a guess from the outside. The real thing, from your booking software.
Analytics installed on your booking site, by me
Not instructions for installing it. Installed, with a funnel set up, so thirty days from now there is evidence where there used to be a feeling.
Your service rewritten the way your client actually thinks about it
The exact wording, handed to you ready to paste. This is usually the piece that moves money first.
A written 30 day plan, in priority order
What to do first, what to do next, and what to leave alone for now.
A content direction with the specific pieces named
Not "post more." The actual posts, and what each one is there to do.
A ninety minute working session, and a follow up thirty days later
The session is where the plan gets built with you. The follow up is where we look at what the data says and change what is not working.
You own all of it. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
WHERE THIS GOES
One hundred thousand dollars a year is $8,333 a month. If you are running $7,000 months, you are $1,333 a month away from a six figure year. Not a rebrand. Not a viral month. Not five hundred new followers.
Four more appointments a month.
Fifteen more clients out of every hundred choosing to rebook.
One service priced and described the way it should have been from the start.
The clients who came once and never came back, coming back.
Any one of those closes the gap on its own. The 20/20 is where we find out which one is yours.
And every month it stays unfixed is $1,333 that does not come back.
BEFORE YOU BOOK

India Hines
Fractional partner to beauty, wellness and healthcare founders. I am in somebody's chair every few weeks, which is the only reason I knew the last one was a positioning problem and not a season.
Showing somebody your numbers is the hard part. I know that. A flat year starts to feel like a verdict on you instead of a gap in a system, and the last thing anybody wants is a stranger looking at the proof. I have never once looked at a set of numbers and thought less of the person who ran them. The numbers are where the money is hiding, which is the only reason I need to see them.
This is not for someone still building a book. If you are early and what you need is your first steady stream of clients, a 20/20 will hand you things you cannot act on yet. I would rather tell you that on a free call than take $1,500 and hope you do not notice.
This is also not for someone who wants it done for them. A 20/20 ends with a plan in your hands. If what you actually want is somebody to go build the thing, that is separate work and we should talk about that instead.
THE FREE CALL
You do not have to decide about a 20/20 today. You have to decide about thirty minutes. Here is exactly what those thirty minutes are.
I walk your booking before we talk
You send me your business name and your booking link. Before the call I go through it the way a brand new client would, from the first click to the confirmation, and I write down every place she would hesitate. You have never seen your own booking as a stranger. Almost nobody has.
You tell me what is actually going on
Not a pitch. The thing you would say to a friend about why the year is not where you wanted it.
I tell you what I can see, and what I cannot
From the outside I can see what a new client sees. I will tell you what that looks like and which of the four I would bet on. What I cannot do in thirty minutes is open twelve months of your booking data, work out your real rebook rate, and prove it. That is the difference between a hunch and a 20/20, and I will be straight with you about which one you are getting.
Then you decide
If a 20/20 is right, it is $1,500. If it is not, I will say so, and you will still leave with something you did not have at 1 o'clock.
I take a small number of these at a time, because there is only one of me and every one of them starts with me going and looking first.
Thirty minutes, free. No obligation to go further.
No retainer, no course, nothing to cancel.
